IF MARRIAGE IS NOT CONSUMMATED .  CAN IT CALLED A VALID MARRIAGE ? IF NOT THAN PLEASE TELL ME UNDER WHICH SECTION? ANY CITATION PLEASE GIVE REFERENCE OF THAT ALSO

If the marriage is non - consumated then it can be anuuled by competent civil court by filing a petition for annulment of marriage u/s 12 (1) () of HMA if you are hindu. It can be filed a petition for declaring the marriage void. For citation do google search or www.indiankanoon.org
