sir i represent my case myself because of many reasons . 

I want to quote the following judgement at consumer form, where my case is pending for 2 years .

JK Mittal VS Union of India & Other having case no WPC 8285/2010 & CM 31319/2010.

there are many other judgements of similar nature which i want to quote but those judgement were passed by other high courts .

if these judgement would be applicaple at consumer forum .

It would be very helpful for me if I can use these judgements to sustatin my claims .

that's why i wanted to know the meaning of the above judgement .
