No is the sole answer to your reply. What is the proof before your lawyer that something alleged had taken place and was he also involved in this dirty game? If not, then instead of suggeting you to file second appeal before high court, why your lawyer is coocking a story which can never be proved legally? It is better to file RSA before High Court. Though the limitation has expired but it can be got condoned if there are sufficient grounds therein.

if you have evidence then only you can do that otherwise no.. you can just challenge the impugned order or judgements.

How would you be able to prove the allegation of taking bribe by the Court ?

If you can prove it beyond reasonable doubt you must report the matter to vigilance department of concerned High Court with evidence.

Reddy garu,

Either you can go for Appeal to a higher court or can file a complaint before HC.  But the actual remedy comes only through Appeal alone.  You know what they meant "Birds of the same feather fly together" and you can never get justice, if you cry foul even if it is foul.
