I took admission in ignou on 28 September 2022 but later on I cancelled it on 13 oct 2022. My regional centre replied that I will get my refund after deducting registration fees within 45 days at max. ( University law states it). More than 45 days have passed still I haven't received any refund. I have constantly emailed them nd called many times on their helplines but they never ever respond. It was my family's hard earned money. There Is medical emergency at my home nd even I stated this in my emails sent by me to ignou hqs. for my fees refund but they never responded. I am suffering mentally & as well as financially bcz of them as I have to beg for my own money
