Illegal sale

A  proprietorship concern  ( manufacturing ) dissolved to enter into a partnership deed and  thus everything was transferred to the new concern.

The fact is that the later partnership concern could not acquire the TIN no for the next three months but the goods were sold on the tin no of  the proprietorship concern.is it not illegal.?

How the concern can be punished?

Dear randhir

when Firm dissolved- Their is no right to use  TIN No., Bcouse Tin no. issued in the name of Firm. If not made any term & condition in Firm deed.

Act- cover in Criminal Misappropriation of property as well as breach of contract.
