One foreign(China) supplier sent documents on COD payment of terms, to the Indian bank. Indian bank besides taking payment released the documents to his customer I.e indian importer.
He got cleared the shipments and got the goods in his godowns. The payment to china party is still pending .both indian importer and bank do not respond.
what legal action the foreign party can take.
