Most the procedural work is done in lower court having a much more time spent by courts as well as the parties .Thereafter if parties is so powerfull in terms of money they fight till supreme court.
And avnish is also right to give this advise for husband:if u are a male go for livin with a single female and let case continue in court.

But sunil your question remains as "it is difficult and long process to get divorce if other party is not willing to give divorce, and in case if one party get divorce decree in family court, is there any benefit?"

During the court case proceeding,A person having liberty to start a new relationship.But when he or she start new relationship he or she only thinks about the past behaviour of his or her wife or husband.Thats why she or he refrain from the relation.
so,the best answer is to wipe all the past data (like formating a pendrive right?) And start new relationship.
