Hi Team,
I am looking for an answer on Variable Pay / Incentives, the way they are being paid to employees (Specially with Information Technology sector).
Few companies are paying that amount to their employees Half- yearly or Annually.
My question is specific to payout on Annual basis.
Let say if the employee has served an organization for some duration and he has submitted his resignation before receiving the Incentives amount.In this case the company is not paying him the amount for the duration that he has spent.
So is this some kind of agreement between employee and employer as part of joining formalities.
Or is there something that employer is trying to hide, since many don't wanted to get this thing done legally.
Hopefully someone can share their thoughts on this.
