Information to Shareholders

Is the listed Company under statutory obligation to provide details of NSDL and CDSL Benpos position as at the end of every week to any shareholder who asks for the same?  The shareholder says that he wants to take informed decision about purchase of shares.  However, if we give this to one shareholder, then it will be unfair on other shareholders as this may be a Price Sesitive Information.  Views of forum members are welcome
