omission to notice vital document by civil judge can it be corrected after decree us 151 CPC?.

You have to approach appeal court. However filing appeal is difficult now.

thank you sir,appeal lies in high court ,am I to pay court fee again rs 50000/= again? I paid in Alipore dust court in suit for damages for civil wrong?
