Rama chary Rachakonda (Secunderabad/Telangana state Highcourt practice watsapp no.9989324294 ) 03 December 2017
the award (decision) made by the Lok Adalats is deemed to be a decree of a civil court and is final and binding on all parties and no appeal against such an award lies before any court of law.
P. Venu (Advocate) 04 December 2017
The Lok Adalat cannot grant or revoke the injunction Order. However, the question is whether the High Court, while sending the matter to the Lok Adalat, has either stayed or set aside the injunction granted by the Family Court?
MANKU (EXECUTIVE) 04 December 2017
Yes it was stayed by HC in its previous hearing. Is attending Lok adalat of any help?
