Inquiry

My Grandfather had a purchased land, he had three daughter, and two sons. My grandfather died long back in 1948, he did not make any kind of Will. My grandmother died in 1992.  My uncle left the house completely way back in 1992, after that we have not received any information regarding him. Among all the aunts of mine, two of them got married before 1961. In the year 2009 my father had died.

Presently my family consists of me, My elder brother, amd my mother.

Under this circumstances I would like to know that are my aunt are eligble for property..........

Sir,

There is a lack of explanation from your part.  Whether you belong to Hindu or Muslim religion?  Because the property matter will be governed by their personal laws.

I am Hindu, as well as Brahimin by caste. Our surname is Nath......

Please advice me what to do......
