Inquiry at RoC Tamilnadu

Friends,

I had filed one E-form at the website mca.gov.in...However the same is still shown as "held in abeyance".

can anyone (if dealing with TN RoC) inquire the reason for not f\granting approval? I am at Ahmedabad so its difficult for me to deal with RoC Officers.

It was Form 22B (187C Compiances).

Form 22B was filed on 22nd April, 09.

No Query raised.

Have patience Sir.

Due to crowded filings, many a times ROC shows such status.

It may take some time.

Make sure that all the attachments were properly attached..

Hope you are aware that form- 63 has replaced the concept of "Addendum" now.

To avoid unnecessary delays, I will suggest calling ROC, or sending somebody on your behalf to their office with the requisite SRN number.

I dont mind waiting but its almost 50days...Generally it takes week or so. I also filed the same Eform with RoC for 4 more companies. They all were approved within 10days (due to workload) otherwise here RoC Aproval takes a day or two only.

Even if they approve after one more month then i m fine but i think there must b some expenses to b incurred for this and that is why the same is yet to b approved.

What u say?
