Instead of confirmation of service, unfairly extended traini

Dear Sir,

Last Year,I joined a CPSU as Technical Trainee and getting stipend. The appointment letter was only for one year for trainee post & after the completion of training period confirmation was to be done as per the PSU standing order, but instead of confirmation of service, Management unfairly extended the training period without any reason.
now i have rendered 20 months of service including one year initial training period but till yet there is no update from management side. we are 10 candidates, who are suffering same problem, during advertisement it was a confirm post but they have released appointment letter for trainee post. we are doing all work as like permanent employee but getting stipend in place of full salary. we belongs to workman category.
Please advice what steps/action should i take.

Regards,

Yash

issue legal notice explaining your position and seeking the confirmation letter within in two weeks failing which you woy]uld be constrained to move a Writ mandamus at the relevant high court under art 226 r/w art 14, ad right to work article...

see what  they HRD responds.

You have mentioned about job advt and standing orders.Downlaod copies of both and show all docs on record to an able counsel specializing in such.labor/service matters. Apparently the management has decided not to confirm all of you. You should endeavor to take steps to get interim order/stay on termination and confirmation.

Therefore build the ground before you proceed on your own.

Your counsel can structure your representations to suit your long term interest may opine to submit a gentle petition to management and exhasut the internal remedies..

Show everything to an able counsel and spend quality time with your counsel specializing in labor matters. It might be paid consultation but it can benefit you.
