Dear Pankaj,

if Insurance company sent a notice to insured regarding dishounermenrt of the cheque of insurance premium prior to accident then insurance company is not liable and if insurance company sent said notice after the accident then insurance company liable.

Dear Aejaj, Sanjeev

I have submitted  mediclaim policy cheque before policy has been expired, but cheque was bounce & we get notification from bank. So, we have informed insurance company but authorize manager is not willing to re-new policy. In this case, we will lose all benefits which get since last 9 year. Can you suggest me that how can take up further level?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Paresh
