I saw a link on LCI forum which made refs to some cases wherein .........
The Hon Judge asked a litigating wife (CrPC125, and HMA24) that 'why she should not be transferred to shelter home immediately, considering her pathetic condition owing to her allegations that her husband deliberately failed to maintain her and her kids, and deliberately hiding his income?'
On the LCI forum link it was also said that ...................
Then the wife went on the back foot and wife then requested to the Hon Judge for the adjournment to prepare her reply and ........
Then wife made efforts to take back her application and offered for out of court settlement as well ...........
Q. Is this a true story to believe?
Q. Has there been any such case ditation available? or any other similar citation available?
The intension is know how both parties argued.
