Dear sir, my wife filed case againist me and mentioned that we married under hindu ritual , but things is very clear that i m belongs to hindu and she belongs to roman chetholic christian, we did not registered our marriage and our marriage is not perfoemed in arya samaja also, and she is not converted in to hindu religion even me not converted in chirstian religion also
our marriage conducted her aunty house only passing garlands it self, while this function my side i m only one and her side all her relations are came to functions
now she blackmailing me and wants money from me and given case againist on me
what can i do for further step, inthis case i want to know that how she can prove that our marriage performed under hindu ritual and hindu marriage act
