Madam,

In law, the marriage between a Hindu and Sikh is deemed as marriage between two hindus. This type of marriage is not a marriage between two communities such as hindu-muslim, hindu-christian, muslim-christian. The Hindu Marriage Act, 1956 is applicable to Hindus, Sikhs, Budhs and Jains.

Secondly, you can approach to the Registrar of Hindu Marriage for registration.
