I have Dena Super Premium Current Account in dena bank , as per that any balance above 2 lacs , account holder will get interest but due some staff error , interest has not been paid for almost 2 years , I have approached the branch manager five month back , but I see little progress , in spite of branch manager efforts . Kindly suggest what I am suppose to do , should I approach Customer Grievances / ombudsman / consumer forum. Can I claim interest on delay interest. Kindly suggest me

Sir ,
you can approach the RBI ombudsman ..they will redirect your issue to the bank in priority .,

You can approach RBI Ombdsman but from there you will get the relief of interest only.If you file complaint against Bank before District Consumer Redressal Forum,you will get the relief of interest alongwith compensation towards mental agony caused to you due to deficiency in services of Bank.
