3rd pronote to settle the bank loan against his house.
4th pronote to settle the loan from 3rd party who is charging high 3% interest
when I file civil suit, will they give 9% or interest as per pronote?
which of the above is for commercial purpose to get interest as agreed 2% in pronote?
