IN SEC 24 JUDGE ORDERED TO PAY 3K FOR CHILD 7K FOR HER.EVEN I HAVE PRODUCED EARLIER WORKING DETAILS SHE IS HIGHLY QUALIFIED THEN ME MSC IT.WHEN SHE WITH ME DRAWN SALARY 30K /MONTH.NOW SHE TOLD TO JUDGE I DO NOT HAVE JOB ONLY SOME SITES IN MY NAME.

MY QUESTION IS SHALL I GO HC FOR STAY WITH ABOVE POINTS AND MY DV DISMISSED WITHOUT COST.

Its 24 hma bro....interim for proceedings. You can appeal for it. But proceedings are not crpc for recovery. So appeal or try defending cases Hma 24 in divorce or sec9??? Any other pending cases. Laws and magistrates are totally unpredictable. Whose case it is....she files or u

@Indian Sufferer: you can very well contest her claim, if the lower court has already passed an order, you can prefer either a revision or an appeal. There are settled laws in your favor. You can search one from Indian kanoon.org yourself, in addition, I herewith attach a citation for your reference which is bit old dating back to 2000 pronounced by Madhya Pradesh High court.
