Is interim maintenance pendente lite be claimed after one year of the judgement? Someone told me that this I have to pay the interim maintenance awarded during proceedings of divorce case. After divorce case judgement I don’t want to pay. Is it true?

interim maintenance got to be given till the divorce decree is given.after that it would be one time alimony or monthly basis

you have to pay her interim maintenance till the divorce judgement is ordered and court will consider if the party requests for one time alimony or monthly maintenance till she remarries you have to pay the same

Divorce petition applied in 2012 by me. I lost my job in 2013. She appeared in court in 2014 after high court direction and immediately filed RCR and interim maintenance. I never paid. In the month of May 2014 judgment given. RCR by her dismissed because cruelty has been proved. Judicial separation was given. If I apply divorce again, in this May, will interim maintenance order affect my case?
