Hi experts,
Though I am contesting and gave big resistance against Interim Maintenance filed by my working wife, most probably interim maintenance will be awarded. We don't have children and she is a graduate. I mentioned the same in my counter.
1) What if I don't pay Interim maintenance?
2) When can the other party move Execution Petition?
3) Should I file Revision petition in the same court or go for appeal in District /High Court?
Please advise.

if u prove that ur wife is working/ employed and able maintain herself ..................................then No Maintenance
submit request application in court for production of documents relating to her salary and employment from her employer under section 91 crpc by summoning her employer
