My tenant didn't comply the conditional order to pay rental arrears.He went for an appeal also filed stay application.
In mean time my lawyer got eviction order on basis of non complance of the conditional order.
Now tenant lawyer seeking stay from appealet court saying financial dispute,
And he got inetrim stay till next hearing saying co-operate for arguement.
In mean time my lawyer filed exection and its pending.
My question is
1.What tactics they will adapt to extend interim stay?
2.Why interim stay is given with asking him to comply conditional order?
3.how long my tenant will drag like this without paying the rent?
