I have one more question, Please give your view on this.
Me and my wife got divorced in other country by MCD, in MCD no financial claims, so, court didnt ordered anything. just judgment was passed.
now my wife went to India and with provocation from her family members and some greedy lawyers, she is asking for huge money or she is blackmailing to put false cases on me and family.
Now if files all those so called cases I am ready to face those
my question
is after MCD from a other country is she eligible for interim maintenance ?
what are the possible cases I can expect? ( off course 498a, DV, maintenance.. any other possibilities )
And what are the chances of her wining the cases ?
Honest facts:
No physical abuse was involved.
Apart from verbal arguments between wife and husband nothing else (I think this is common in every hose)
No Dowry during marriage or no demand was made later.
All the expenses of wife is bared by husband, not even a single rupee was paid by wife's family.
If they put a false case they can only give the oral false statements but can’t produce any proofs, as nothing happened ever.
