INTERSTATE OBC (Dhangar Caste)RESERVATION ISSUE between Gujarat & Maharashtra

Myself Ravindra Punse from Vadodara, Gujarat. I have some query regarding the OBC status of Dhangar caste in Gujarat state. I m working as teacher in Private school but recently there is vacancy in Central Govt. schools for teacher. In that OBC option is there but I though belongs to dhangar caste do not have OBC central Caste certificate.
My situation is as mentioned below:
I am born and brought up in Vadodara, Gujarat State. But my father has migrated to Vadodara(Gujarat) from Maharashtra State in 1969 for employment purpose. He has his Caste certificate (issued from Maharashtra state) for Dhangar N.T. but I tried many time in Vadodara (Gujarat) for getting OBC certificate. I checked the Central OBC list for Gujarat State in which Dhangar Caste is included under OBC list for Central government.
So Sir Please guide me how to get OBC certificate from the state(GTUJARAT) other than my forefather’s original state.
Please Help me for getting Idea about this Caste certificate>
