Ipc 306 anticipatory bail

My fathers younger brother committed suicide around April ,in his suicide note he wrote that my father and my elder brother who has family work shop has not given him his share from parental property which consist of work shop and one flat.my uncle has 2 sons and a daughter.eldest son is staying with us since childhood as uncle got shifted from Mumbai to Ahmedabad 30 yrs back and he took his daughter and younger son with him .my father had supported financially to them to settle there.he wanted his daughter to get married in Mumbai which we did everything and got her married in Mumbai.he then again stayed back in Mumbai his younger son was working and all going well.youngest son did love marriage and it did not work well got divorced and comited suicide After which uncle had no source of income and then uncle started asking share from property although we had given them enough , my father had not kept account except for 2 lacs.After his son my uncle also committed suicide with a note stating that he did not get money and wrote my father mother and brother and bhabi's name on note.although my uncle's eldest son is still staying with us .In note uncle also wrote my name that says"please see that ur aunty gets money".I was always out of house and not in business.now after that we had given shop and flat money to aunty and now she is staying with his eldest son who was with us.after 7 months police has taken into custody my father brother mummy and bhabi.although my aunty said that he got everything of his share and now happily living with only son...please help me get my family out of this mess as no one abetted in his suicide ...

Unfortunately you have to go through the criminal law procedure. But abetment of suicide is very difficult to prove, all of your relatives get acquitted. You also contact a local able advocate and after going through the facts he will see that a quash petition under Section 482 cr.p.c. is warranted in your case. Your aunt and the eldest son's statements that your uncle has never been harassed, will help your people to get acquittal.
