Iam a Govt Employee. I got engagement, later after few days i came to know that there are are some defaults, etc..., We informed to her family members. Firstly they kept a FIR on sec IPC-500 by Referred by Magistrate again after a week later another FIR on SEC IPC-417 & 420 by Referred by Magistrate . I requested police to take 1st case but he keep on going with both the cases. i applied for AB in district court that police did not kept CD file in court. the complainant is managing all i.e police men & PP. in district court my AB got dismiss. it took 21 days from date of FIR. they kept case on my family members (4 nos.)
if i got arrested is there an problem to me and my JOB.
Please i need some information...
