is compronise gulty ?

in section 324 ipc. compromise is guilty or not..for govt job...nd what is the latest judgment about compromise on govt job

As per your concerned query!

Recently the Punjab and Harayana High court has held that a person acquitted in a criminal case due to compromise between the parties would still be disqualified from the government service.

The question is whether the alleged offence invlves moral turptitude. If so, departmental action is possible.
