Is it against law to meet the opposite party in prison?

Thirdly, If your reason to visit the Opposite Party is to pass a message or issue a Notice, perhaps you can instruct a legal counsel to do the needful. 

It is a money fraud case done by two people with me last year. They were arrested 2 months back and at present lodged in prison. The purpose of meeting is to understand if  they will return my money or not. if meeting them is not against the law then i will meet them in presnace of police people.
