Try to get her pan details with which you can also get 26AS which clearly indicates who the employer is? Then ask your lawyer to argue the case if necessary court will call on the records from the employer to nail her and crucify her and put in cooffin box. Now you know this way dont come back with the same question on how to get PAN card details you know u r better than all of us here. The suggested idea dont comply to the legality. So use commonsense and work on u r strategies.

@ Ramesh, please google for additional information on form 26AS everything in law cannot be spoon fed.

@Venkat: how do you expect the people in this forum to know about the details of your wife's employment, it is you who know her better and should look for the possibilities from your own source, this forum will advise you on the legal issues where you have a specific doubt based on your problem, this query is totally an out of coverage issue.
