Is it safe to take room on pagdi system?

I have seen a flat at Dombivli west which is under pagdi system which I assume that it is not safe and most important I cannot have bank loan for the flat, please need urgent advice on this. I am stay at chawl now and want to move from here, so want to know is it safe to sell my current room and take the pagdi system room I saw? Thanks for the advice in advance.

Pagdi system is illegal and base less...opt for another option. Regards Anish Sarna

Thanks a lot sir, Helpful I found another property at ghansoli it is said to be gaothan property is safe to by this property please advice, as my budget is so searching for option, Thanks a lot in advance for you valueable time and advice.
