IS IT TRUE THAT BAR & BANCH ARE TWO WHEELS OF A VEHICLE?

Yes it is true that the Bar and the Bench are the two wheels of a vehicle called judicial system.

to be very honest. one is typical regular  wheel and other is extra rubber coated with some backup

You mean to say... judiciary is moving only on a two wheeler?:)  I heard somewhere 'Dharma' had 4 'padas';)

In Telugu : they say 'Dharmamu naalugu paadala meeda nadustundi' (Dharma is walking on its four feet) to express that there is 100% Dharma is prevailing in the society.

TWO WHEELS -one is from BICYCLE & dt is BAR. -other is from ROADROLLAR which is banch. and d distence of both tyre can never massure.

Legislature and Executive - the other two wheels are probably punctured and therefore, the vehicle is moving very slow and with unbearable weight.
