Is mobile ausio recording / sms acceptable proof in divorce

Hi All,

I would like to know that is call recording in mobile or sms a valid proof in divorce cases?

Can these audio recordings or sms be shown live in the court ? Is this acceptable?

Yes, provided you have original media on which it was recorded

original media + preferably original recording device must be intact. transcribe it.

audio shud be clearly audible.
