If u have send a registered post then you might have received a REGD-AD signed by the receiver if not then it cant be done. as communication is completed when the receiver sends the feedback.

Dear Navin,
You can also in turn enquire from the concerned post master in writing seeking information as and when your communique has been recieved by the reciever - which he is duty bound to confirm.
Best Regards

Once you post certain letter, it is deemed to heave been received (as what you claim to have been sent) on your receipt of Regst Ad Acknowlegement card.
The contents threreof are presumend to be deemed admitted if not denied in reply. Also if you have sent some other letter and claim to have sent some other then the receiver should have repled it accordingly.

There are two parts one is you sent the notice and other is that notice is recieved and in the two there is legal battle.
Contents can not presumed , you have to prove it which most people forget to do.

For contents, the Register communication may be sent by way of an Inland Letter, In such case, the recipient is bound to produce the registered letter.

If you have the acknowledgment then it is a proof. See General Clauses Act in this regard and the decisions of Apex court on this subject.

My suggestion would be first you should get acknowledgment for the Registered post which you have sent to ther other party then only the communication is complete. Hence based on the valid communication you can proceed in the court of law. That Communication was done through proper channal and for the same you can produce the acknowledge letter of the other party.
