I stay in navi mumbai. I'm having 3 residential houses in a society which are built by CIDCO. As per my grand father and grand mothers WILL (probated WILL). The houses are given to my father. Is society NOC required before putting application of transfer to CIDCO. Cidco does the transfer. The society at present is not giving NOC and demanding extra money amounting to Rs.2lacs (bribe for NOC) for which we are not liable.
Please give your suggestions and procedure to solve the problem................................
