Is tds applicable on cashback on online purchasing

A enters website B takes a coupan code and enters another site c and buy from there a product. B gets some service charge from C which B reimburse some part of it to A which is called Cashback. Whether TDS required to be deducted in exceeding amount of Rs.5000/- U/S 194 H

Yes, liable to Deduct TDS if prescribed limit exceeded.
