We had seen lot of Films on the issue. I am surprised and angry knowing that Kanpur Court had issued the 4th July 2010 (SUNDAY) date for hearing of my case ( as my lawyer informed me on my visit to his chamber and again on query for date through phone). As the case is not of special nature, I've some query on the issue
Is it possible that a date of SUNDAY can be marked as date for next hearing?
If yes! What will be on the date?
Wether the next date will be accepted as the date of hearing or new date will be issued?
Pl. informe the similar cases of issue of date of hearings in past.
