Issue regarding Caste Certificate

Hello Everyone, Sir my father has issued a caste Certificate from the Jharkhand State Govt.We had been a Jharkhand for 3-4 years only and shifted to West Bengal in the year 2005 .But since we didn't have any proof of caste at West Bengal we had to issue my caste Certificate from Jharkhand. Although I have found that Teli Community is regarded as OBC caste under both the The respective States.But I am Confused whether it will be acceptable to the Central Govt. At time of Counseling in Medical Exams. Please help regarding this matter so that we can take necessary measures beforehand.
