Istridhan

i have a dv case and 498a case against me.

both have asked for istridhan..cops are pressurising

where should i give the istridhan please advise.

You have to give istridhan to yr wife. If she is not taking submitt istridhan to women cell. Take a receipt too that will be used as an evidence in court for more call 09910657998 mahavir singh advocate.

first peruse the complaint, FIR and charge sheet.

then take decision whether to surrender / fight back.

stridhan can not be recovered in DV case.
