Designation:Sr. Manager-Legal

Compensation Offered:9 to 11 lac (Depends in skills & Experiences)


Job Descripttion / Responsibilities:
He/She will be responsible for vetting, drafting, negotiating legal agreements and clauses and will be required to coordinate on litigation matters as well.
I). The candidate is required to draft, vet agreements of the following nature: -
1. Rent agreements for company offices and ATM sites (need to interact with the infrastructure/admin team to ensure the legality of the agreements being signed by or on behalf of the company)
2. Technology Collaboration Agreements (both domestic and foreign)
3. Shareholders Agreement (don"t need a specialist for this as we anyways will hire a Top law firm for the same; but at the same time the recruit should have the finesse and knowledge to coordinate on such agreements/deals)
4. Customer contracts.
5. Vendor/Service Provider contracts.
(II). Litigation matters especially excise and IPR related matters.

Desired profile of the candidate:
1. Law Graduate.
2. Knowledge on secretarial matters will be considered as an 'added advantage'

- Ensuring the repository of all the soft copies of the standard formats of documents such as agreements, BG"s etc.
- Co-ordination and Liaison with Courts and Government offices such as MCA, ROC, TM registry, Labour office,
- Any other matters in the area of compliance and legal from time to time
