Joing holder removal from both the brothers property

Hello Experts
I have a flat in joint name with my father , first name is mine and second name is my father. Similar goes in case of my brother he has different flat with first name as his name and second my father.

After death of my father we want to remove fathers name from our respective flats.

What documents and process are needed for this?

Our society have not issued / given share certificate yet

Your father's share in both the properties shall devolve on his legal heirs, hence it is pertinent that all other legal heirs have to relinquish their rights in the property by executing a registered release deed.

This action is to be initiated for both the properties accordingly to make each individual an absolute owner to the property after which you can get the share certificate also directly on the individual' s name.

Who are the legal heirs to the late father. They need to relinquish their rights and in the respective properties through a registered deed. Change in share holding in the CHS is a different but incidental aspect.
