Dear Anupam, In every Govt. job one needs to furnish every details including any pending criminal case before the court too. There are some columns where they ask: Is there any criminal case pending against you? Have you ever been arrested by the police? Have you ever been convicted by the Court?A criminal case is still in the trial stage against you. Do not hide from your employers about it and they will allow you to join. Please ensure that you are not found guilty and convicted. Rest will be taken care of by the god.
