Joint agreement

We have an joint Agreement of 13 office premises of which we need to sell 6 Offices now purchaser is applied for Bank loan and bank is asking for original set of agreement, now if we handed over original set of agreement to bank then at the time of sell of remaining 7 Office premises how we can do the deal please suggest
