Joint Development Agreement

3 friends have entered into a joint Development Agreement in the name Abc developers (3 partners). But at the time of JDA the person who has the power of attorney gives his name with respect to the Abc developers and balance 2 partners name are not shown in JDA. So are the rights of balance 2 partners are safe ??

The company undertaking the JDA is different to that of the power of attorney deed given to one of the partners by the land owner.

By just giving poa deed in favor of one perosn only, the others cannot be said to be the partners  of the firm
