Judicial separation

Dear Seniors,

I filed divorce petition on the grounds of desertion and mental cruelty. Opposite party filed petition for restitution of conjugal rights. Case was run in the sub court of my village for the last 4 years and last week we got judgement. Judge dismissed the petition for restitution of conjugal rights filed by the opposite party and gave judicial separation on the divorce petition filed by me.

What should I do next? Is judicial separation be treated as divorce? Little bit confused on this judgement. please guide.
