It depends on the facts of the case and the evidence in the case presented by the parties before the Hon'ble Judge.  Please post the exact comments made in such a judgment..  A mature judge always exercises restraint in delivering judgment and avoids comments on a character unless the seriousness in the case warrants such comments.
