Court Fees is a State subject which differs from a State to another, although base for calculation of court fees is provided in Court Fees Act, 1872.
The subject of pecuniary jurisdiction also differ is each High Court.

The court fee payable and the pecuniary jurisdiction of the court will vary from one state to another.
