In view of legal scope, your answer to my query will be very lengthy. Anyway I am very much pleased with your answer.

Even the Jurisdiction of the  International Criminal Court based in the Hauge, is defined by the Rome Treaty, and under the Rome Treaty Capital punishment is not provided, whereas the Jurisdictions of the International Court of Justice or the International World Court is between States only based on Vienna Conventions. International Court of Justice has no Jurisdictions to disturbed the Judgment of our Supreme Court.
