Dear Forum,
my case filed 11 - 12 months back
summons yet to come
case booked at wife's place [wron jurisdiciton]
from day one of marriage till last resided place is at husbands[my] place,
all my family members booked members[10] inclduing sister-in-laws other relations
it is very difficult for us to go for every hearing/adjournament once summons comes
Pls let me know ...
- time limit for 498a to fight on jurisdiction
- how to handle counter - for dealy in filing, if so,
- where to file lower court or high court
